Amazingly talented actor Stephen Root will have a recurring role on 24 this season. He has been in so many tv and film productions including Roseanne, Seinfeld, From the Earth to the Moon, O Brother Where Art Thou, The West Wing, CSI and No Country for Old Men and he voices Bill Dauterive on King of the Hill. One of my favorites is his hilarious turn as Milton, the disgruntled employee in Office Space. Side point: he looks nothing in real life like Milton -- his transformation was incredible.
