For the third week in a row, Inception was the number 1 movie at the box office taking in over $27 million for a total of $193 domestically and $364 million worldwide. New release Dinner For Schmucks came in at no. 2 with just over $23 million. It actually had a better per screen average than Inception but was showing in less theatres. In its second week out, Salt took in another $19 million bringing its domestic total to $71 million and worldwide total to $103 million. In other new releases, Charlie St. Cloud and Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore each took in just over $12 million for the weekend.
